So the last race! We are just going round the second mark of the course with 100 miles to go as I write.

There have been boats all around overnight and gains are very difficult to come by. We are sitting comfortably mid fleet at the moment.

It's good to see our friends Visit Seattle doing well for the second time!

We are all looking forward to getting to London and seeing our loved ones.
