It has been a night of light airs and we are beating towards the wind now under full sail. Wind shifts under the clouds have meant that constant attention is needed to keep the boat at top speed and on the correct tack.

The latest news is we are now off to Rathlin Island instead of St Kilda. Racing here will be tricky with strong tides, low winds and a Traffic Separation Scheme (TSS) close to the island meaning that a bit of luck on top of our hard work will be needed to maintain our lead in this race.
