The wind has at last come round to the south-west allowing us to lay the finish line but yesterday’s GRIBS, if they are to be believed, suggest that we are moving into a period of light variables that mean positions are bound to change in the next 24 hours. The good news is the computer says there are only 160 nautical miles to go and that we are still moving.

We've just sent Pawel (Kepa, Legs 1-3, & 5-8) up the mast after a kite peel revealed that we had a halyard wrap/jam at the top. On further inspection the amount of wear caused by the wrap meant that we had only been moments away from losing the active kite halyard which would have been costly.
