An eventful day has seen us clear the infamous Pentland Firth and start our trip southwards towards Den Helder. With less than 300 nautical miles to the finish this race is one of the shortest races we have done and that helps keep a bit of focus on the boat.

We have seen plenty of changes throughout the day and somehow by the evening we are out in front and leading the chasing pack by a few miles. The lead has changed so often during this race that it seems no one can hold it for very long, now is our turn to try and we'll certainly give it our best shot...and now we find a wind hole!
