About ten minutes ago, Qingdao, just passed the second Finish Line of Race 11 of Leg 7, how exciting! All crew members are celebrating and congratulating each other, after 20 days of hard racing since the departure from Seattle on the 5th of May.
It is one of the longest races among all the races till now, over 4000 nautical miles altogether. We suffered a very low temperature at the beginning and a very hot and humid climate near the end for about two weeks. Everyone persists in their position, and no one complains. This is a good example of teamwork, strategy, and some good luck! Congratulations to Ha Long Bay, Viet Nam, our good company and competitor, who is only ten miles behind us, and other teams. All well done!
