GREAT Britain looks to have claimed maximum points from the Scoring Gate in the PSP Logistics Panama 100 Cup.

All results are provisional until verified by the Race Office team but as it stands GREAT Britain has declared a crossing time, which if verified, will see them claim the maximum three points and the first bonus points of its Clipper Race campaign so far.

Team Garmin crossed the gate in second place, also securing its first two Clipper Race bonus points.

Derry~Londonderry~Doire picked up the final point for crossing third, which will only help the crew’s quest to move back onto the overall podium.

The Scoring Gate points will be added to the overall standings once verified by the Race Office team when the teams arrive in Panama.
