RICKETY BRIDGE WINE TRIP WINNER ANNOUNCED

An Invest Africa crew member is the lucky winner of a trip to South African winery Rickety Bridge Country House, the Official Wine Supplier of the Clipper 2013-14 Race. 

Jean Malan, a crew member on Invest Africa, wins a two night wine tasting and foodie break at the 210-year-old property in Franschhoek in the Cape Winelands.

A competition was held at Race Finish with those buying a case of Rickety Bridge wine entered into a draw for the stay.

Rickety Bridge currently produce 16 types of wine covering all tastes from Rosé, Chardonnay and Merlot which were served up at official events during the Clipper 13-14 Round the World Yacht Race.

Their wines were sampled at the welcome crew party in Cape Town following the prizeiving during the stopover there ahead of Leg 3 to Western Australia; plus at several official receptions in Cape Town and during the race.
