Morning all, the last twelve hours have been one of those times you really have to remind yourself that all of this is temporary!
It has been relentlessly wet and cold, pouring with rain and now that the front has passed through, a confused sea state and fickle winds have greeted us.
As I type this we are crashing around big confused swell, trying to fly a spinnaker in next to no wind and going in the wrong direction.
Everything is wet; clothes, sleeping bag, mattress, and just as you get warm in your wet sleeping bag, another call to deck. Put on soaking foulies and up you go.
Why we do this for fun I don’t know!
