Hi all,

With chief blogger fast asleep (getting well deserved shut eye) it leaves me to fil in the gap! So, a very busy night tacking on every wind shift maintaining momentum in the best direction to Oban. So close, but now the race starts properly. Gone are the sun kissed days under spinnaker, now its nose to the grindstone, trying to make every use of the light changing zephyrs of wind.

We have now joined the UK summer weather, so lots of layers on for crew used to warmer climes. A lazy dawn this morning with the sun still hid behind the grey clouds, but dolphins have come to play around the boat, keeping the crew cheery. The focus and banter on deck is good, and the constant tacking is keeping us warm and engaged.

Normal service resumed soon!

Cheers, Bob
