So, here we are sailing to finish the race, Scotland was amazing, sailing in and sailing out with tall mountains, beautiful coastlines, waterfalls in the horizon, sharp cliffs and many other wonderful landscapes. The Scottish people were really happy to receive us in Oban and they really know how to treat their visitors. It was (after Punta) the warmest welcome we have had.
Yesterday we had a start line after so many months, and it was fun, followed by 20 tacks out of Firth of Lorn.
Yesterday, late in the afternoon we completely lost the wind and now we are all together wobbling around trying to make some kind of south or west. Windseeker up, drizzling, no signs of wind, all boats around us and five days ahead of pure racing. It's going to be really fun and there is a bittersweet feeling on board, we all want to finish but we are loving being on board for the last time.
Thank you all for following us, the crew sends a lot of hugs, they are all super tired after tacking so much, they want to push hard this race too and we are all well. Vamos Punta!
