Ahead of the Sydney stopover, here are some details for Race Crew and friends and family.
Marina information
The boats will berth at the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia, the home of the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race. Address: 1 New Beach Rd, Darling Point NSW 2027.
Race Office location
The Race office is located in the conference room on the ground floor of the Vibe Hotel, 100 Bayswater Road, Rushcutters Bay, NSW 2011.
Prizegiving
Prizegiving is being held on Tuesday 15 December at Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron, Peel Street Kirribilli, 1800 - 2200. Regrettably due to space restrictions, it is open to Leg 4/Race 4 crew only, and not friends or family.
Information is being provided to crew on timings as they arrive into Sydney via the Race Office team.

Women in Sailing panel event with Wendy Tuck

Women in sailing panel event at the CYCA with Da Nang - Viet Nam Skipper Wendy Tuck and Victoria Sipajlo (Crew member of the first all female Sydney Hobart crew, Barbarian) and Emma May (CYCA Youth Sailing Academy). All welcome to attend the free event.

23 December Crew rugby tournament in aid of Unicef at Rushcutters Park, 1500- 1700
All welcome to join in and play and spectate. Organised by Gavin Reid and team Mission Performance, please submit teams and names to Sarah in the Race Office.Each player is asked to pay an entry fee/donation fee of $10 AUD on the day.
Unicef cycling challenge, December 18/19/20 at the CYCA, all day
Unicef crew members will cycle the length of the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race, 628 miles, on a static cycle. All crew and UNICEF Australia staff will be invited, along with members of the public, to take a spin on the static cycles to cover the distance and raise awareness of the race and the charity partnership with UNICEF.
